This is something Chris Guillebeau, author, blogger, traveller, and speaker, says at the end of every episode of his podcast Side Hustle, and I couldn’t agree more.

So many of us see someone lose weight and think to ourselves, “Wow, good for them! That’s so inspiring!” and then, for some reason, aren’t actually inspired enough to do follow in their footsteps. That was ME once – until I decided it was time to make a change. And I’m so glad I did. Not only am I now in the best shape of my life now, but I have been blessed with the opportunity to help others reach their health and fitness goals too! #WINNING
